I woke up an hour earlier today because today is my son’s ‘Family Day’ at school. He was assigned to bring macaroni salad which luckily was one of my specialties. So after all the preparations that has to be made, my son and I went to his school. His father unfortunately cannot make it because he has a very important meeting to attend to, but it was not an issue because our son understands. Anyway, when I gave the salad to his teacher, the teacher asked me if I were my son’s sister. Flattered and blushing, I said I was his mother. I know I don’t look my age but I did not realize I look that young. Maybe what I was wearing today, one of those pink seinfeld t-shirts I bought at Tees For All and denim pants, added to my youthful look. And because of that, the very first thing I did when we reached home was buy more shirts at Tees For All which includes UFC t-shirts and johnny cash t-shirts. My husband was curious why I was grinning all the time, from the time he arrived home up to the time we were about to sleep. I told him what our son’s teacher said to me and he understood why.
